Job Title:
1 – Being the representative of the faculty of the Secretariat of Student Affairs
2- Being responsible for following up and informing the students in their summons to the Student Affairs Secretariat in coordination with the Head of the Department.
3- The Committee should be a reporter for the cheating cases and misconduct at the faculty.
4 – Being responsible for directing students about academic regulations and the announcement of academic regulations and explain to students and advertising it for them.
5 – Being responsible for explaining the guidance of sitting for exams in the faculty.
6 – Being responsible for preserving student personal data and archive each batch separately.
7- Supervising the internal and external students’ trips.
8. Coordination with private hostels and students.
