Registrar Assistant for Financial and Administrative Affairs:

Job Title:

1- Follow up the implementation of decisions and recommendations of the Faculty Council or the Institute.

2 – Supervising the administrative work of the faculty or institute.

3- Preserving scientific records of students and extracting certificates.

4 – Preserving full records of all employees and students in the faculty or the institute.

5 – Preserving integrated records for the staff in the section

6 – Follow-up attendance and certificates of illness for employees and students in the faculty or the institute.

7- Supervising the procedures for the registration of students in the faculty or the institute.

8- Supervising the secretarial work of the faculty or institute council and should be the reporter of the council of the faculty or the institute.

9 – Monitoring and following-up cases of students of the faculty or the institute.

10- Preparation of study schedules and examinations according to the regulations of the faculty or the institute.

11 – Following-up and Monitoring of the benefits of faculty members of the faculty or the institute.

12- Supervising the scientific and social activities for students and coordinating with the students affairs in the faculty or the institute.

13- Being responsible for the registrars of departments and centers belonging to the faculty or the institute.
